All medals are ordered right after registration closes. Our Race Director will then receive them around early to mid March and has a team of survivors to hand pack them to be sent right to you!
Fun Fact- The RD's Mom is a survivor too and helps with medals every year!

You can log in RunSignUp - and do that daily or upload your Strava/Garmin data. You can use a printable tracker like we have in your emails. Or do you own version.

Please note that you can also do minute to mile conversion. 15 minutes of ANY intentional movement = a mile. You will just have to do the quick math if using RunSignUp to track.
Our insurance does not allow for swimming or road biking.
Our charity runner program is unique in that there are no fundraising minimums. This is not industry stanard for Charity Programs for races, but one that we feel particular fond of. Every dollar counts.
