a way for survivors and others to give back + have fun
What is the
140 over 90 Run?
This event benefits the Preeclampsia Foundation and was founded on these three pillars:
Giving back through donations for blood pressure cuffs + research
Providing a community for survivors to connect with others and learn more about the long-term effects
To help survivors and friends get more active for overall better health
Preeclampsia is a condition unique to human pregnancy. It is diagnosed by the elevation of the expectant mother’s blood pressure (140/90 is the threshold) usually after the 20th week of pregnancy up until 6 week postpartum.
Your donation will help towards our fundraising goal to provide a research grant to help provide necessary funds for life saving research and access to life saving blood pressure cuffs.
I continue to hear stories where women weren't listened to, where their devastating outcomes were preventable.
